Rahab hid Joshua's spies. Although she was from the "enemy" camp, she trusted in God. She was spared God's wrath and was made a part of the family of our Lord. She is an OT example of what the NT would call being grafted in. We see in her faith, hope, trust, and obedience. We see in God love, forgiveness, protection, salvation, life.

She was known as a prostitute in her town. Perhaps the only way she felt she could make a living. But she made a wise choice to believe in the true and living God and helped the men of God escape certain death. Because she "feared" God more than man, she and her household were spared certain death. she is an example to everyone that no matter where we are or what we have chosen in the past, if we turn to God and trust him over our circumstances, we will be blessed.
