There are some great resources on harvesthouse.com website, but these days it seems the quickest way is to self-publish with reputiable house. Havest house recommends some great ones. Most Christian publishers do not take unsolicited manuscripts but will consider you once you have made a name for yourself; either through the web or by how well your self-published book does. I am in the process of investigating and learning the in's and out's of the publishing world. Stan Jantz is teaching me lots of stuff. I will pass more on as I go :-)
