Always the Way
have not been tested sorely
Not beyond what I can bear
Because my Master's faithful
And He is always there!
All in All
If the Sonshine is too bright
Maybe it's because
You haven't turned your eyes
Upon Him
Enough lately
And are overwhelmed
By His illuminating power
Be not discouraged,
But remember,
His light is refreshing, cleansing life,
Full of His power,
If you allow Him
To indwell and shine through you.
Jesus can be your all in all,
If you let Him.
Blessed Assurance
Oh Lord, help me to hear Your voice
And to KNOW,
When I ache and doubt and wonder
Let me yield up my praise to You.
Whenever it is quiet
I think I've done something wrong
And been left behind
I claim the promise of Yours
" I will never leave you,
Nor forsake you.
Lo, I am with you ALWAYS,
Even until the end of the ages. "
Lord, help my faith to grow
And my trust in You.
Permanent Change
Father, forgive me for murmurs
That sneaked by
From attitudes I allow to go
Unchecked by You on high
Thanks for helping me to look
And this picture to see
For if this graphically You've shown my error
You're about to make a change in me!!
I submit to Your skilled hand
Yield to your loving touch
Only You can make a permanent change
And I need that change SO much!!
