Are You Still Growing in Jesus?
Cold Heart
Lord God, my heart is so cold in so many areas of my life.
Help me be on fire/fervent in my love for and life for You
To pursue agape love with my husband
Line up my heart, thoughts and actions
Lord, the Lost,
I've never had a burden for "the Lost"
Only individual persons who are lost
And I haven't carried those with much diligent effort
Purify my heart, Lord Jesus?!! Amen
Growing Up
The great gray kitty,
Who thinks she's an important cat,
Is as yet, nothing but a kitten.
Growing or Groaning
Lord God, I'm supposed to be growing in You.
Yet I'm so ornery, hateful and stubborn self protective
I detest fights with my husband
I should detest my hard heart,
Which leads me to hurt the ones I love (You and him),
Enough to quit those awful responses.
Help me, Jesus, please HELP ME?
And forgive me one more time? AMEN
Purify my heart, Lord Jesus?!! Amen
